Accounting Technician / Bookkeeper – Full-time
The Role
- A ‘hands-on’ role contributing to the day-to-day financial management of a portfolio of clients
- Key duties will include:
• Bookkeeping
• Bank reconciliations
• Ledger maintenance
• VAT Return preparation
• Assisting with accounts production - Regular liaison with clients
The Person
- Must be highly computer literate and tech-savvy, with experience using an accounting package a distinct advantage
- Bookkeeping experience preferred but full training will be provided
- May suit a qualified accounting technician and/or someone studying towards their professional exams (although not essential)
- The right candidate will have enthusiasm, passion, and pride in their work
- You must be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
The Conditions
- Permanent role
- Full-time role predominantly based in Maguiresbridge with the possibility of some remote working and flexible hours for the right candidate
- Some travel to and spending time on client premises may be required
